It's quiet and it moves a lot of air. Plenty of power. The "medium" setting for heat and the fan out perform other dryers set at "high".

I've had numerous hair dryers over the years. I've paid anywhere from $20 to $200. I purchased it because of the reviews and being low on money at the time my old hair dryer bit the dust. I was a bit leery because of the low price. You get what you pay for, right? Well, not in this case. This is by far the best hair dryer I've ever owned. Dries my hair fast without the frizz! I have recommended this hair dryer to ALL my friends and family!

Powerful, durable, not extremely heavy, create lots of volume and shine for your hair. The cool, warm, hot settings are very useful.

The Conair 259 Infiniti Pro is an excellent hairdryer! It is well made and feels like a quality hairdryer that will last. There are three heat features: hot, warm and cool, as well as two speeds. The cold blast button works wonderfully and it truly cools down quickly when drying and you need a quick cool blast. I have to blow dry my hair to straighten it and this gets the job done quickly. Though I wasn't very fond of the orange color, it is a guarantee that I put my hairdryer away after each use. I highly recommend this hairdryer for anyone who needs a quality hairdryer.

Bought this because it got such great reviews, and I noticed it while I was searching for something else in the Amazon beauty section. So glad I bought it! Love the strong wind of this dryer. Love that it cuts down on my drying time. (I have very thick hair.) Even love this dryer WAAAAAY more than the one for which I paid $200. (Wish I'd seen this one first!) Amazing. The only problem is what do I do with the expensive dryer?

Love this hair dryer. It dries my hair really quickly & I love the true cool shot, It's COOL! to help lock in style. Also like the bumpers on the side for when you need to put it down. My hair is glossy & super shiny when I dry my it with this blow dryer. I would definitely recommend. It does say that it's lightweight, but I didn't think it was, not that it's heavy either, but it did take some getting used to with the controls. I am very happy with it & use it every time I was my hair.

Best dryer I've ever used. While the Pro's likely have even better performance, the price versus performance on this Conair Infiniti Pro is amazing; certainly worth the price, if not about double the price. If you find yourself blow drying a lot, the weight of this, while making it feel solid and quality might be just a tad too much, but the overall ergonomics of the machine is quite well done and balanced.
Would recommend, even to those (such as myself) that don't employ such a gadget on a daily basis; great quality and performance at this price is way better than saving five or ten bucks on a piece of junk.

I love this hairdryer. It drys my hair fast but not with a lot of wind, really makes it easy to style and blow my hair out - Extremely happy I have this, not like any "normal" hair dryer I have bought in the past!

It's big, orange and ready to do some major drying. While this dryer is larger than what I'm used to, it is about average in size compared to most. But more importantly, it's light. I was rather impressed by this Conair model.
The settings for this model are very well tempered. On hot, it is actually hot. I tend to keep it on warm and while I usually don't use the cold setting I will say that it does get pretty cool/cold, especially with the cool shot, which really is a quick cooling feature. As you can tell, I'm not a hairstylist, but this dryer definitely gets the job done. The hair dryer has been in use for a few weeks now and is performing very well. Even though it's lightweight, it seems to be of good quality.

Wow, this is the most powerful hairdryer that I have ever used. Infact, I keep it on MEDIUM speed, because HIGH feels too much like a tornado. I love the variations it temperatures and the cold shot too. You would think that with all these features that the dryer would be bulky, but it is surprisingly sleek and compact. I highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love this hair dryer! I've always wondered how stylists seem to get my hair to behave so well, and wanted to get a better dryer, more like what I've seen them use. So when I saw this one, I was excited to try it. It has exceeded my expectations, and my hair looks great after drying. It is marketed as a quiet dryer, and although even at high speed its a bit quieter than the one Ive been using, it is not "whisper quiet". But it is not as heavy as it looks, it comes with two styling tools and several settings, and quickly does the job, leaving my hair soft, shiny and in control. I can't imagine getting a better dryer at any price, and this one is a bargain.

I was expecting an average ho-hum dryer when I got it. After all, a hair dryer is a hair dryer, right? I was pleasantly surprised. The weight is substantial without being heavy. It feels solid and sturdy. The color is a metalic orange. Very modern and attractive. As for the drying ability, it was much better than my old Conair hair dryer. Althought it has the same number of watts, it seems to dry my hair faster and with less static afterwards. I also love the lint cap at the opposite end of the dryer. It comes off easily for cleaning. Very nice dryer.

This is the hair dryer I always wish I'd had. Versatile settings (temp and intensity), and light and comfortable in your hand. The fact that it's shiny orange just adds that little bit of excitement. It emits natural ions to avoid static, a nice added feature. Put it all together and you have a very nice hair dryer at a very low price. Highly recommended.

perfect size and having the 2 speed settings is great. I love the 3 heat settings and usually use the coolest so I can get that last bit of moisture out of my hair without burning it up from too much heat. That's very important since I color my hair so I don't need a hair dryer that drys it out totally so that it damages the hair. The cool setting will take a little longer but not too much when you have it on high, maybe a minute longer depending on how thick & how long your hair is.

This product is a good buy for the money. The box highlights that it is lightweight but in my opinion it was fairly heavy. It's VERY powerful on the high setting and blows my circuit breaker whenever I use it on high, so I've had to adjust to using it on low, which still gets the job done faster than my old hair dryer. I don't notice as much damage to my hair from blow drying as I did with my old hair dryer either. I really like the settings for temperature and speed, and it doesn't seem to catch my hair like my old one.

I have been looking for a dryer that does what the stylist's does in the salon. I always thought it was just how I was using my old dryer. Oh no, this is AMAZING! I barely have to use a straightener after this baby does its work. Super hot and very forceful. Perfect.

I am a brand new mom so I no longer get to spend $100+ on a hair dryer. I am very pleased with it so far, especially for the price! It is quiet enough that I can comfortably carry on a conversation while using it. It's warm heat setting works great so it helps with frizz and flyaways as well as being warm enough to dry my thick and long hair. I have used many different dryers in the past including Chi, and this one is pretty dang good (especially for being under [$]).

I really didn't know hair dryers could be this awesome. It does what my stylists hair dryer does meaning it gets it straight as it dries. The condenser is also narrower than most which makes a huge difference. It's really powerful and gets hot enough, too.

My first Conair, quite similar to this one, lasted for years and I loved it. So when it was time for a new one I knew I wanted another. It is perhaps a little heavier than some, but it does a great job at drying, has variable heat settings, and attachments for directional drying. I have short hair that doesn't know what it means to have a curl in it! With brush and Conair in hand I end up with a very nice style. Highly recommend it.

I know this sounds weird, but this was actually an impulse item. I saw it featured in a store and it looked cool, so I took a chance and bought it. It turned out to be a great purchase! The Conair 259 Infiniti Pro is very lightweight, not too large (definitely smaller and lighter than my Vidal Sassoon dryer). I love the 3 speeds, especially the cool speed. And it's powerful! Wow. The airflow is really strong and will dry your hair fast. All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase!
